The Basic Rules of Roulette

The Roulette chips are made in a large variety of colors, without a permanently assigned value. This is because each player is given their own specific color when they purchase their chips. This helps the dealer to identify which player has placed a wager. A player assigns a single dollar amount to their color when they purchase them, and the dealer marks their chip with this dollar amount. The player can increase or decrease their value whenever they like by working with the dealer to do so.
Placing Bets
All players must place the table’s “minimum” bet on each spin. They place all of their wagers by laying a chip on the “layout” table. This is part of the Roulette equipment. A game of Roulette relies on the layout, the wheel, the dealer, chips and the ball. The dealer will spin the wheel in one direction and the ball in the other. The ball eventually falls into one of the thirty seven pockets inside the wheel, and the winners of the game are determined by the number of the pocket. Cashing in chips
Once a player is done with their Roulette play they must cash in their chips at the Roulette table. This is because a cashier would have no idea of the value the player chose to assign to their chips when they purchased them and could not pay them properly.
